The best got even better! You asked, so here it is, the improved Super Bench PRO Version 2 with customer-driven updates: Loaded with new upgrades while retaining all the great features of the Super Bench PRO and the original Super Bench. The Super Bench PRO bench has been discontinued and replaced by the V2.
Summary of Main Improvements
Below are the key modifications we made on the Super Bench PRO (SB PRO #1002) to transform it into Version 2:
- Integrated bench handle makes it easier to tilt and roll.
- Laser etched numbers on the locking ring so you will always be sure of the exact pressing angle. (Numbers on one side as shown)
- Hybrid dual width bench grip pad. Uses our NEW heavy duty grip vinyl and gives you two width zones.
- Additional higher incline seat tube insertion point for better overhead pressing position.
Fully adjustable and functional
Perform different kinds of exercises with the Super Bench PRO V2. Its 11 lock-out angles give you incline, decline, flat and upright positions for a wide range of movements.
- This bench can be angled at 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 85 degrees.
- Note: we recommend using the Crunch Situp attachment with the bench for decline angles to help hold your legs. Minimal angles are possible without the attachment.
- The included incline seat has 3 positions. The seat height in the 85 degree position can be set to either 12.5", 14.5" or 23.5" from the floor, while the top of main pad is 24.5" above the seat in the highest position. Top of main pad is 35.5" in the lowest incline seat position. 33.5" in the center position.
- Stands up vertically to save space.
- Base dimensions: narrow foot is 12.5" wide and longer foot is 21" wide. Bench length is 47" overall.
Compatible with the Ironmaster Super Bench System of Attachments
The Super Bench PRO V2 can be outfitted with most Super Bench attachments. All accessories with names that have /PRO in the are completely compatible with it. If you're unsure of the compatibility or need an adapter for some of your equipment, feel free to get in touch with us.

Comfortable workouts
From its lower height to the solid feel of its commercial quality pad, the Super Bench PRO is designed with your comfort in mind.
- Its high-density commercial grade pad is 44" x (10.25"/12.25") x 2.5" thick and makes use of durably stitched vinyl upholstery making it firm and comfortable.
- The include incline seat pad is tapered towards the front to give your legs more room to move and can be adjusted up or down for optimum comfort.
- The incline seat moves with the backrest pad at any angle so they will always be perpendicular to each other, unlike other benches where the seat can have a shallow angle causing the user to slide off. This seat can be removed, leaving a large gapless pad.
- Incline seat can be connected in seconds and doesn't require any pins or knobs to attach.
Easy to assemble
Apart from the feet, the Super Bench PRO is pre-assembled upon shipping. It only requires simple tools to set up so you can practically start working out a few minutes after taking it out of the box!
- Pre-assembled parts will save you time and effort in setting it up.
- The dual-position incline seat easily plugs in from the side without any pins.
- Its unique machine-cut ring with foot lever adjustment can be operated from both sides of the bench and clicks into place instantly for secure positioning (patented design US 6,994,661).
Compact, lightweight and movable
The Super Bench PRO V2 is the ultimate space saver in your gym. Compact and lightweight but still ultra strong. Wheels and a convenient handle have also been included as a standard accessory for the equipment instead of an optional add-on so you can move the bench around your gym or roll it out of the way after use with ease.
- Everything stays intact even when you lift or move the bench. Nothing unfolds or needs to be dismantled prior to moving it around.
- The bench alone weighs 65lbs without the incline seat and 69 with it. (Shipping weight 79lbs at 50" x 13" x 19".)
- Its ultra-strong platform is still light enough to lift and move even without using the wheels.
- Complete with transport wheels on the longer foot tube. (You can install the wheels on either end of the bench as desired; plus, kits for both an additional wheel kit and bench handle are available if you want to have wheels and handles on both ends!)
Superior construction
Like its predecessors, the Super Bench PRO V2 is manufactured from top-rated materials for superior build quality.
- Constructed from 11 & 12 gauge super strong steel frame, this bench has a 1000-lb weight load capacity in the flat position.
- It has a 600-lb weight load capacity in incline and upright positions.
- It includes a unique laser-cut ring with foot lever adjustment that can be operated from both sides of the bench (patented design US 6,994,661).
- Its high-density and thick commercial grade pad is furnished with durable vinyl upholstery.
- For extra protection against rust and wear and tear, the Super Bench PRO V2 is equipped with a textured, black powder-coated frame with chrome components.
Here is what makes this model different than the original Super Bench:
- The SB PRO V2 has a lower height of 17.2" in the flat position for increased stability and suitability for more users. This lowered height falls within the standards for competitive powerlifting.
- Wheels are included standard on one foot and a handle on the other foot. (The feet can be assembled to put the wheels on either end of the bench.)
- A wider base and larger foot tubes contribute to its improved stability.
- A separate pull pin and corner tightening knob connect bench attachments faster and more securely. This improved locking system also is simply easier to use.
- Its high-density dual width commercial pad offers a grippier vinyl pattern and contributes to the lower flat bench design.

The hype on this thing is real. Lightweight and easy to move around the gym but still feels amazingly sturdy. I don't have standard 1" monster racks to plug extra attachments into so this bench has been a godsend for working around that limitation. I got the preacher pad and dip bar attachments with it and couldn't be happier with how seamlessly they integrate into the bench.

By far the best bench I’ve owned. More than sturdy, it’s robust without being too heavy or bulky. I do a lot of incline work and so far it’s handled everything I’ve done. Everything moves smoothly and locks in. I was impressed with the metal work and the finish as I couldn’t find a flaw anywhere. The bench is very firm but gives just enough so you know you aren’t on something hard. No indentations from sitting a weight on it like when doing pullovers. Would recommend IRONMASTER to anyone looking for equipment!

I bought the V2 bench as I needed a bench that I could move around our garage gym but also so could my wife. This bench is near perfect. Reasonable weight, grippy vinyl and just like the reviews said it is super stable and firm to work on. I really like it and how it feels which was my biggest concern. Thanks for a great product!

While I was building my basement gym, I needed a bench that could go incline, flat and decline. Space was tight & I didn't want to buy multiple benches. FID bench are either heavy & very expensive or cheap garbage. I did a bunch of research & the Sper Bench Pro V2 covered every base. At a reasonable price. I ordered it, used it repeatedly & I couldn't be happier. Extremely well-built, stable, thoughtful design & light enough that my wife and kids can move it around easily. I bought the leg attachment for decline (I've also used it for Nordic ham curls) & I'm probably going to buy more attachments. Great job IronMaster

This bench does it all and is very stable, weighs only half of what other benches do, making it easy to move around. Top quality materials and construction. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

My biggest regret when I first built my home gym was getting the Rep Blackwing over the Super Bench Pro. I have since sold my blackwing and have gotten the newest super bench pro. I’m not sure how the old pad was but the new pad is incredible, the attachments are good and the bench is light and adjustments are a breeze.

Newbie here. I'm old (56) but still new to this kinda lifestyle. Beside dumbbells this is my first workout equipment Ive ever bought. I researched online for workout equipment. I found many positive reviews about this bench. After looking at other workout equipment (online) I found that many of the trainers were using the IM bench to train with. And now so am I. I purchased a Leverage Gym to pair up with my bench. That's what I love about the IM bench it's so versatile. I also like the size and how easy it is to just roll away. My next IM purchase will be the leg attachment - can't wait.

Love the bench, has lots of angles with markings so don't need to guess the angle. I'm on the taller side so I bought the headrest too and it works well. Would recommend to everyone. We are long time Ironmaster fans at the office gym.

Started a home gym from scratch and spent hours online and watching YouTube reviews. This bench warrants all the praise in the reviews. It has zero gap with the seat design. Remove the seat and you have a one piece flat bench pad. Add the seat and you have a zero gap incline bench. Add the sit-up attachment and you have a zero gap decline bench with no sliding down. Not to mention the bench is compact and light enough for my wife to move around easily, but is as solid as a bench twice its weight. I do product development for a living and appreciate good design and innovation. I love the bench and will be adding more attachments. Service with Ironmaster was just as great as the bench. The first one they sent was damaged by UPS en route to my house. I contacted Jacob and he had a replacement shipped out the very next day.

I ordered this bench to use in conjunction with the leg extension attachment, and I've been very happy with both. My bench is rock solid. My only minor complaint is that the bench does not roll easily on the rubber mats that I have for my basement home gym area - I would suggest larger wheels if they make a v3 version.

Want a bench that can accept many attachments, including a dip station, seated leg press, head extension, lat-pulldown tower, etc? How about that same bench able to withstand 1000lbs flat? Or how about incline at 500lbs? How about that same bench can change in height, easier than any bench you tried? How about more than any angles than any bench on the market? This bench, which I didn’t even include everything, is also BELOW 70lbs, which is one of the LIGHTEST BENCHES OUT THERE?

I bought the pro because the standard super bench was out of stock. If your used to a regular bench that breaks in the middle, this may take a little getting use to, however once you do, you'll realize this is a sturdy, well designed bench that will last a lifetime. The only thing I could find that needed attention was the adjustment lever, it could really use some sort of thick sleeve over the metal lever, as it can be uncomfortable to operate with your foot. I just wrapped it with many layers of tape...not the prettiest fix, but it works.

I have a rogue utility bench. I wont stop using that.. Needed this for adjustable positions and leg attachment. It arrived with 2 tears which is frustrating, but in a world where everything is shipped these things happen.

I like the bench and it's versatility. Since logos are a pet-peev of mine, I LOVE that they removed the logo from the pad and the bench currently comes with a metal logo for you to place (or not place) as you wish. Everything should be like that. The seat adjustability being inflexible and the seat comfort were known issues at the time of purchase, but I was disappointed to see it and the sit-up attachment are both currently made in China, which would've taken it out of contention had I known.

This bench is REALLY great. Perfect size for a spare bedroom workout arrangement. Super easy to adjustable, sturdy, and perfect dimensions for a 5' 10" guy. No regrets!

So I’m a middle aged intermediate powerlifter. 6’5” 320. I haven’t worked allot bench work into my training at home because my first cheapo Amazon bench is a complete pile and I hate using it. I did a ton of online research and watched allot of you tube. Most of them pointed me towards the Super Pro V2. They were right!
PROS:
-This bench takes up a small footprint, is light yet sturdy. My wife can totally move it around the gym floor when its in her way by herself.
-build quality/ease of use extremely refined and well thought out
-attachments are very practical and sturdy as well, highly recommended head attachment for anyone over 6’. Chrome knurled tightening knob is way cool. Sit UP attachment actually works for people my height (at any angle) unlike some of you’re competitors where my head scraps floor.
-new hybrid padding is super high quality and grippy. My 320 lbs. doesn’t move at all in decline and I only use the sit up attachment to get up and out of my lift, the new hybrid pad is all I need to stay in place for a safe lift.
-The price! Happy to pay 5 bills for a great bench that will last. You can tell Ironmaster Cares about their stuff, and continues to refine it.
Cons:
-Seat pad is a little small for my “kinda” strongman figure/butt Made roll out a 2XL attachment version Ironmaster
- Incline seat pad position is a little annoying since it’s always perpendicular to the bench. But remember you’re Incline set only takes about 10 minutes so you’ll learn to live with it.
-will have to see how the side of the pad will wear over time getting tiled up in the same spot over and over. It’s not like I’m dragging the thing over a gravel road loaded up with weight, but it would have been nice to have some extra protection for the vertical store position.
I’m am super happy with my purchase, and plan to buy a few more attachments down the road. Thanks so much Iron Master!

My old bench spontaneously declined, squeaked , tipped over, and I had to weld it back together once so I have been looking to replace it for a long time.
I wanted a high quality bench that worked in my 12' X 11" space. I watched countless reviews before making my decision. I noticed that most of the well followed reviewers liked this bench. The features that I liked were the removable seat as it opens up body positions impossible on other benches, the range of available accessories and the ability to incline virtually 90 degrees from the floor. The apprehension to buy it was the single post design concerned me for stability and at this price, would it be good enough to justify the cost.
I am completely pleased with it and have absolutely no regrets! I made the right choice. Its super stable there is no movement of any kind in use. The feet grab the floor better than my old one too so once it is in place it stays there. The mechanism is smooth and works perfectly. I am still finding different things this bench can do that others cant.
I read in another review about having trouble bench pressing on this with the feet up on the bench and the good suggestion to buy the head extension. While I never recommend benching this way, due to that loss of stability, I find myself doing this now due to an injury. I did not buy the extension thinking I could get it later if I needed it. A workaround is using the seat that comes with the bench in the lowest hole but putting it parallel with the bench instead of perpendicular. That extends it enough for me to use it for a foot platform. Note that it is slightly lower than the bench but it doesn't bother me.

I purchased this bench based on the great reviews. It does not disappoint. It's so great to slide in the seat instead of fumbling with pins and angles. What a great idea. The construction is so good. This bench is extremely stable. Now it's time to buy accessories. Go for it!

Because of its limitations, I decided to replace my high-quality flat bench with an incline bench. After a great deal of research of all the top-of-the-line models available, I decided to buy the Ironmaster Super Bench PRO V2 (SB for short). Why the SB? Keep reading...
I signed up to receive a notification when the bench was in stock and was able to order a couple of weeks later. The ordering process was simple, as it should be. The bench was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived when expected.
The packaging was excellent as indicated by the stress test the delivery service gorilla's obviously gave it. One end of the main box was completely blown out, but the contents were undamaged. Assembly of the bench and attachments took roughly an hour. Anyone capable of turning a wrench can do it. You do need your own wrenches or sockets, though Allen wrenches are provided with the attachments.
My "home gym" is in a 10'x12' bedroom that serves other purposes, too, so space is limited. Reviewers' comments on the compact size of the SB, the ease with which it can be moved, and the overall quality of the product did not fall on deaf eyes. I would have bought it just for those features. But, wait, there's more!
Though I tend to view "Swiss Army Knife" products with a jaundiced eye (they seldom do ANYTHING well!), the SB "system" of attachments was intriguing. I ordered it with the Crunch Situp and Bar Dip Handle attachments with low expectations. Worst case scenario, I'd have a decent bench. Right?
Man, was I pleasantly surprised! I'm 6'1" and 195 lbs. Even on carpet the bench is rock solid and stable, even when doing dips. The attachments are a breeze to install and remove. The compression knob is simply brilliant. There's no movement of attachments at all which adds greatly to the overall stability. Now that I know how stable the platform is, I'll be adding the Chin Up Bar. But first there's a pesky ceiling fan that will have to go. :-)
The bench and attachments exceeded expectations by a mile, though there are some nits to pick:
* The Incline Seat is as described by other reviewers: It is always perpendicular to the bench, even when the bench is inclined. So, not the most comfortable seat, but it is completely functional and I'm not sitting on it to relax.
* I work out in socks (no shoes) and the incline adjustment pedal could stand to have a toe pad on top. Just saying.
* It would be nice if the laser etchings were on both sides of the Locking Ring, though after a month of using the bench I rarely need to look at them anymore.
As I said, those are just nits and they do not greatly detract from what is an excellent product. I would buy the bench again without hesitation and have already recommended it to several friends. Job well done, Ironmaster!

Good quality, mostly assembled when it arrived, sturdy, easy to move, easy to adjust, and with accessories it is more than a bench. I'm glad I waited for it to become available instead buying one of the more expensive/less configurable competitive products.

This bench is incredible. I was looking for something small and light, but still sturdy and high quality. I don't have a lot of space in my home gym, so this bench is perfect. I got most of the attachments, and also the extra wheels and handle. Having no gap in the flat bench position is a game changer. I don't know how anyone could ever buy any other bench than this one. BUY IT, YOU WON"T REGRET IT!!

I bought this bench as an upgrade to my home gym setup. I was looking for a moderately priced piece of equipment that was sturdy, high quality, easy to use, and simple to assemble. I think this bench surpassed all of my expectations. It came very well packaged and I had it setup within 10 minutes. I've used it almost daily since I received it.
