Location: This position will work in the Monroe, WA office most of the time but may have flexibility with some remote work and schedule.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ironmaster is seeking a mechanical engineer to join our team and facilitate the design and manufacturing of our line of strength and fitness training equipment. Will work with the management team in evaluating the company’s product needs and developing products that reflect our brand and meet the needs of our customer base. Duties include brainstorming product ideas and material needs with the production or sales teams, designing product blueprints using CAD programs and working with our partners on the manufacturing process for products. Selection of materials and resources needed to design products. Coordinate building prototypes. Testing of products for usability and safety. Develop drawings and copy for product manuals and instructions.
Requirements and skills
B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in product development for a manufactured product.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) and drafting procedures.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and be self-directed.
Experience managing engineering led projects.
Demonstrated experience working with and setting up drawing standards and engineering practices.
Experience working with Asian manufacturing.
Must be available for international travel to visit our factories once a quarter.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ironmaster, a leader in premium home gym equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist our Director of Marketing in executing creative and results-driven marketing strategies. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, requiring a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce & Website Administration
- Assist in auditing, maintaining, and updating product listings, including descriptions, images, videos, and spec sheets.
- Support the addition of new products and promotions to the website.
- Help ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency across all ecommerce content.
Social Media, Email, Blog & Content Creation
- Assist in developing creative assets in-house and by collaborating with AI tools, freelancers, and agencies.
- Support the writing and scheduling of engaging product and promotional posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- Help maintain the content calendar to ensure timely, coordinated campaigns.
Community & Partnership Engagement
- Assist in communicating with customers to support and strengthen brand relationships.
- Support the building and maintenance of partnerships with industry professionals.
- Help manage influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and sponsored athlete programs.
Advertising & Campaigns
- Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Help develop campaign assets and track performance metrics.
Project & Event Management
- Support coordination with agency partners for website improvements, photoshoots (studio, product, and lifestyle), and creative projects.
- Assist in planning and executing trade show exhibits, including layout design, logistics coordination, setup/breakdown, and product demonstrations.
Creative & Strategic Thinking
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative ideas to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Research & Development
- Research industry trends, consumer feedback, and competitor marketplace
- Make recommendations for new products and product improvements
- Assist in product development
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, social media management tools, and paid advertising.
- Basic photography/videography skills; experience with product shoots a plus.
- Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) and AI content generation.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and accountable.
