Shipping and Return Policy
Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, Mon-Fri within 2 business days after the order is received and will arrive in 6-9 business days during normal conditions, however during our continued super high demand, order processing will take longer so please allow up 2 weeks before shipment. We process and ship orders in priority of when they are received. Larger orders that require truck shipping may also take additional time to arrange and transport.
NOTE: Canada shipping includes all brokerage/duty/taxes and prices are all listed in USD.

Shipping Q & A
Q: I placed an order. When will I receive tracking information?
A: Once your order ships (normally within 2 business days, but currently processing can take up to 2 weeks) you will receive an email with tracking information that evening. Your order status will remain "Processing" until the shipment is underway.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order once shipped?
A: You can track your shipment at UPS.com or FedEx.com. Normal delivery days for residential addresses are Tuesday-Saturday. This shipping map shows the approximate transit times in the U.S. Click on it to expand.
Q: Does Ironmaster ship orders with a signature required?
A: We send shipments via regular ground service. Packages will be left at the front door by the driver. We can ship orders requiring a signature if the customer requests we do so. If you are concerned about your delivery or security, please do so since this is the only way Ironmaster can be held responsible. However, please note if a signature required shipment is not accepted after 3 delivery attempts and the packages are returned to us, the shipping costs may be deducted from a refund or a re-shipment so please be sure someone will be available.
Q: I need special delivery instructions. Can I customize my delivery?
A: Yes! See the UPS My Choice program or FedEx Delivery Manager info at the top of this page. Note: Some features of FedEx Delivery Manager may require a small fee.
Q: After my order ships, can I change my delivery address?
A: You can only re-route a shipment to a UPS or FedEx office location to pick up unless you are signed up for Delivery Manager and have configured your account on the UPS or FedEx website.
Q: I only received one tracking number, but my order should have been in multiple boxes. Is something missing?
A: There is one master tracking number provided, but some orders are shipped in multiple boxes. The carrier tracking page only shows the first main package info and you will need to search further to see the other packages that are included with the shipment.
Desktop Browser: Click on the Multiple-piece shipment tab.
Mobile Browsers: Click on Travel History and then select Multiple-piece shipment.
Q: I did not receive my entire order. Some boxes may be missing. What should I do?
A: In most cases you will not receive all the boxes in one delivery attempt. Carriers usually completes the delivery within two business days from the first attempt. If after two days you still have not received all of your boxes, contact Ironmaster Customer Service for support. Please allow for some extra time for any missing boxes to arrive before contacting Ironmaster since some boxes may actually arrive earlier than normal. During peak times, many individual packages can take up to a week longer to arrive.
Q. What do I do if there is shipping damage?
A. You should document and note any damages or missing items immediately and notify us. Failure to do so will remove our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

All returns must be authorized by Ironmaster. Equipment returned within 30 of days receipt but not for satisfaction reasons will be accepted but the shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping costs will be deducted if prepaid return labels are sent or the delivery is refused. All items must be packed up in the original boxes and ALL the internal plastic and separators must be used to help prevent shipping damage on the return transit. Hardware should be taped together and/or put into a plastic bag as well as located to prevent scratching of painted parts. Even chrome plated parts should be packed with separators to prevent dents and dings that can occur with this heavy gear. Be sure to use plenty of strong packaging tape, especially on boxes of weight plates, to keep the boxes held together. Any loose parts should be secured in place to prevent movement. Do not apply tape directly to the parts inside as this leaves residue that will require excessive cleaning.
Important: Please include the original invoice or a note with your contact information so we can look up your order file.
If you are missing any of the original packaging or are unsure how to re-pack, please contact Ironmaster for additional instructions or details on using alternate materials. Per our return policy, items received back without the original packaging or in poor condition upon inspection caused by inadequate packaging or missing items may be assessed a refurbishing or replacement fee which will be deducted from your refund. This will be a minimum of 15%. Light signs of use are expected and will not be assessed fees. Ironmaster will refund your payment method within 2-3 days receipt at our warehouse.
