Your satisfaction is our most important asset. 30% of our sales come from referrals from satisfied customers. Try our equipment in your home for up to 30 days and if you are not satisfied after trying the equipment, we will give you a full refund including all shipping charges. (out of country purchases and factory blemished clearance items excepted) If you decide to return your equipment, contact Ironmaster to ask for a return authorization. Items may not be returned after 30 days from receipt. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging (including all internal protective materials). Use care when repacking for shipment to prevent scratching and possible damage. If you are not sure how to prepare the packages, please contact us for assistance. Refurbishing or replacement charges may apply depending on the condition of the goods during inspection and will be deducted from the refund. ***Note: Orders cancelled after shipping has taken place or refused upon delivery and/or returned within 30 days, but not for legitimate product satisfaction reasons will be allowed, but will only be refunded less all shipping costs even if free shipping was used, in which case actual shipping costs will be provided.***
30 day trial period applies after receipt of goods. If you notice any issues with your order shipment, please contact us and we will replace any defective or missing part needed. It is our option to replace or repair any defective part. Customer pays freight on warranty work and parts that has past the 30 day trial period.
Gift card purchases : Ironmaster Gift Cards are not returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash. However, if you return merchandise purchased with an Ironmaster Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your Ironmaster Gift Card or new Gift Card will be issued.
Ironmaster warrants to the original purchaser that our Home Fitness Products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a specific period from date of purchase based on the part type listed below. During the warranty period, Ironmaster will either repair or replace, at its option, defective part(s) at no charge. Warranty covers personal in home use only. Warranties apply to original purchaser only with proof of purchase and are not transferrable.
Benches, machines and attachments: 10 years for frame and structural, functional components. 1 year for normal wear items such as rubber, upholstered parts and surface finishes. 2 years for cables. Dumbbells and Kettlebells: lifetime for structural and functional components.
Shipping costs are not included in the warranty and some items may need to be sent to Ironmaster for repair or replacement. Installation of any parts and labor involved is not included. The warranties described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Ironmaster to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall Ironmaster be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than Ironmaster or Authorized service Contractor. This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product purchased. Nor shall Ironmaster be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

No credit card information is processed or saved directly on our web site and your account information is safe with us. Your total security is our goal. PayPal checkout is also fully secured in the same manner.
Shipping is via UPS or FedEx in most cases and is not sent with signature required. If you are worried about delivery or security, be sure to specifically request for your shipment to be sent with a required signature. This is the only way Ironmaster can be held responsible for a lost or stolen shipment delivery. Customer must document and report any damages immediately. Failure to do so will remove our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
