What is a BACKORDER
This is an order of an out of stock item that was previously available.

What is a PRE-ORDER?
This is an order of an item that is coming soon and will be available for the first time.

When do I pay for my items?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase for all items in your cart; whether in-stock, pre-order, or backorder.

When will my items ship?
This depends. BACKORDER items will ship out once received*, as indicated by the lead time on the product page.

    If the backorder item is a smaller accessory or attachment, all in-stock items will be processed and shipped* as usual, with the backorder item shipping separately when it is received at the later estimated time.

    When the backorder item is a major component, like a Super Bench, we will hold all of the order to ship at the same time, once the backorder item has arrived.
    You may request** in-stock items be sent at the time of purchase.
    **Please, type "ship in-stock asap" in the 'Notes' field during checkout.
TO ENSURE YOUR SATISFACTION, GENERALLY, WE WILL NOT LIST ITEMS THAT HAVE A LEAD TIME GREATER THAN 3 WEEKS.

*Normal order processing of in-stock items is typically done within two weeks from date of purchase--depending on the time of year, these times are usually much quicker during non-holiday periods.
