I’ve found many more uses for this pad than what I thought I would use it for great for overhead tricep work as well as shoulder work. I’ve even been able to use this for various rows and band work. This pad feels great top quality, I can see this pad lasting a lifetime with no issues. Iron Master always delivers on quality! Very happy with this pad

I have a very robust Ironmaster system in my basement and this particular piece of equipment was the missing piece to my puzzle. It's very well made like all the other Ironmaster products and provides back support for a slew of exercises that I do. It's also easy to get on and off the super benches (I have an older variation and it works great). I was actually thinking of making something like this before it existed. This is way better than anything I could have come up with.

I really love this seated press pad as it has allowed me to get rid of a dedicated utility stool that I had in my home gym and free up space. It also provides great support and is just the right height in my opinion.

Works great, when most supported seated exercises are preformed. I like a 5 or 10 degree back tilt, when doing seated pressing exercises. So I use the standard inclining bench for pressing. The back support attatches solidly to the bench and works for all other seated exercises.

Now my head doesn't get in the compared to the flat bench. With this attachment I can work the shoulder at angle while lining up my entire body for a full press.

Very well done attachment. Adds even more versatility to bench. My lower back and shoulders thank you.
Note From Store Owner: Thanks for the review and your continued business. We're pumped to hear to you like it!

Another great attachment from Ironmaster. I emailed them a couple years ago with this exact concept, hoping they’d fabricate something one day…well, they delivered! Solid piece and works great as an upright seated position. Definitely one of my favorite attachments. Thank you!

Built solid and works great. I actually use it more for other things than intended. I train people and it’s great to have this close in front of a cable machine with multiple handles and have people push their feet into the normal bench feet to brace themselves. The bench in a normal upright position makes that a little complicated. Also great for chest supported rowing movements because you’re a lot closer to the cable and don’t have to figure out a way to extend the handles to reach it while still sitting down. It’s of course great for what it’s intended for as well. Everything they make is great!

This is a fantastic addition to the Ironmaster well thought line-up. Very solid and stable! Fits perfectly with my Super Bench/Pro. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've been hoping IM would begin making this again for a while now. This makes for a very sturdy utility bench, no wobble at all. Ideal for seated military presses or overhead dumbbell extensions. I can get a full ROM now without the bottom of the dumbbell hitting the top of the bench. For me this makes it much more comfortable doing seated military presses, as I can lean my head back as the bar is coming down.
