Description
The Super Bench and Super Bench PRO are a full size bench and our design philosophy has always been to make our gear as compact as possible to fit in smaller spaces while still fitting the vast majority of users. We understand there are some people who are very tall who would prefer to have a bit of extra head support for certain bench exercises. We have found our benches accomodate users up to about 6'3" quite well and even some taller users have had no issues, but this extension might be just what you are looking for.
Details:
- 8" Pad extension
- Strong chrome plated steel frame.
- Heavy duty thick padding with black vinyl.
- Pad dimensions are 3" thick, 10.25" wide, and 8" long.
- This brings the total length of both our Super Bench models to 52".
- The dimension from the incline seat pad in the higher position to the top of the extension pad is 41" as pictured above on the Super Bench PRO and 38.5" on the Super Bench.
- Note: Do not sit on this extension. It is only to be used as head support.

I'm 6'1" and I bench w my feet up on the end of the bench. With the super bench pro it was doable but annoying. Finally ironmaster came out with this extension and I feel like a king lounging on a divan. Just fantastic. I cant say enough about it I love this attachment so much. This bench just keeps paying for itself over and over with each attachment I find!

I’m a personal trainer & have 2 iron master benches . I recently purchased 2 head extensions. They work awesome. Definitely helps accommodate clients that are taller . I also have the preacher curl & the sit up accessories. I have been using these benches daily for more then 10 years & I am very happy with the quality of there equipment. Glad I added the two extensions. Makes the benches even more functional.

I bought the Pro bench and preacher curl last year. In that space of time I've found several different ways to use this
versatile bench. The addition of the head rest allows me to set the bench nearly vertical and place the seat in the highest position. Even though I am standing, I'm very secure leaning back on the bench with the added headrest. I use this position for barbell pullovers, triceps extensions and incline presses. Great set up for my needs.

I am 6-1" and have used the Ironmaster Super Bench, which is very comfortable and excellent quality for four years. I recently purchased the head extension and could not be more pleased. Fits perfectly to the Super Bench and gives the added support I need. Ironmaster once again proves they produce quality equipment that functions very well. Love this company!

We purchased the bench several years ago which we love, great quality, it still looks brand new. We should have purchased the head extension at that time. My husband is pretty tall so this definitely makes a difference when he does the incline press as well as when he's doing any flat bench exercise. This makes a big difference as far as comfort for him.

This is another, another, another very intelligent, well thought out piece equipment from Ironmaster. Whoever is in charge of product design obviously lifts and has been around a long time because these are old-school ideas for a new age. Give that person a raise!

I am not tall, 5’7”, but still find my head hanging past the top of the bench for certain movements. This gives just the right amount of extra length. Very solid, like everything else from IronMaster.
