Details

Not all Super Bench attachments are compatible with the Super Bench PRO. The Leg Attachment PRO is specially designed and developed exclusively for it, so if you already own a PRO version bench, there's no excuse to skip leg day. Like all Ironmaster equipment, it's built to the highest standards for smooth, convenient leg extensions and curls that isolate the quads and hamstrings.

Heavy-Duty and Powerful:

  • Load rated to 200 lbs, letting you train quads and hamstrings intensely
  • Includes an Olympic sleeve adapter so the attachment holds both standard and Olympic weight plates
  • Heavy-duty bearing axle enables smooth rotational movement even under heavy loads

Versatile and User-Friendly:

  • Solid chrome plate holder works with Olympic sized plates via the included adapter, or standard plates with a 1" hole
  • Durable 4" x 7" foam roller pads, protected by vinyl grip covers, adjust to two positions for shorter or longer legs
  • Included 12.5" / 320mm Olympic sleeve adapter lets you use either standard or Olympic plates
  • Compatible with Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates, up to 100 lbs on the standard plate holder (Quick-Lock plates made before 2011 may not fit due to center hole size)
  • Connects to the Super Bench PRO in seconds

Notes:

  • Set the Super Bench PRO to the 10 degree angle before use. This offers ample floor clearance for leg extensions and a slight decline when lying down
  • Super Bench PRO and weight plates sold separately
  • Not compatible with the original Super Bench

    Love it

I am so glad I bought this. There are standalone machines that advertise improved range of motion and better “strength curve” compared to attachments such as the Ironmaster. While those claims could be true, I wasn’t sure it would actually matter for long term hypertrophy gains. And I didn’t want to sacrifice the space in my garage (not to mention the money!) that a standalone machine would require, so I went with the Ironmaster. After using the Ironmaster for a few weeks now, I am very impressed with both the extensions and curls. I like to lay back all the way when I do the extensions (by removing the seat), achieving a fully opened hip angle. This is not an option with many other machines. The 10 degree angle required by the Ironmaster also helps with the range of motion. I will definitely be keeping this and not be looking at standalone machines. If I were to make one suggestion, Ironmaster could offer larger diameter pads for the leg extensions, which could add a bit more range of motion, but that’s not really necessary as I’m getting a great range of motion as is.

Heavy-Duty Attachment That Makes Home Leg Training Practical

I'm a complete beginner to bodybuilding and have never belonged to a gym. I'm 5'5" and started my fitness journey at 151 lbs after spending most of my life working on computers and playing video games. I built a small home gym around the Super Bench PRO V2, and this attachment has been a great addition to that setup.

    Packaging & Delivery

The Leg Attachment PRO arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Everything was protected properly, and there were no damaged or missing parts.

Delivery was delayed two or three times. From what I could tell, FedEx consolidated my separate Ironmaster orders into one shipment even though they were originally scheduled to arrive on different days. There were also Canadian wildfire-related shipping disruptions in the Midwest around that time, which may have contributed to the delays. Although the wait was longer than expected, everything arrived in perfect condition.

    Installation

Assembly was easier than putting together the Super Bench PRO V2, although the printed instructions could be clearer. There were three center base screws that weren't immediately obvious where they belonged until later in the assembly process. I also found it easier to attach the Leg Attachment PRO to the bench first rather than fully assembling it separately. I believe the manual mentions this, but an official YouTube assembly video would make the process even easier for first-time owners.

Once assembled, I was surprised by how large and substantial the…

    Not ideal for 6'4" person

This is a nice attachment, well built, and works well mechanically. It's pretty awkward to store, but not sure what could be done about that. For my sons (5'7 and 6'), the attachment works really well. For me, not as well. I'm 6'4 and the pads ride too high on my shins/calves when doing leg extensions and leg curls. I wish there were more adjustment on those dimensions.

    Great attachment with minor flaws

To the point this is a phenomenal attachment and if you don’t want to use up more space in your home gym then this is more than enough for curls and extensions specially with a 200Ib limit(some YouTubers went up to 300 but I personally wouldn’t). \r\n\r\nSome minor flaws that can be fixed with DIY is first the range of motion can feel small unless you properly angle yourself every set , you can’t just sit and go if you want to achieve a full stretch but if you use a band and angle yourself it’ll feel just as good as a machine. Second flaw I have ties to the having to angle yourself , you don’t have anything to grab onto if you do extensions and for curls depending how tall you are, you’ll probably hold onto the back legs or maybe some dumbbells to hold you down. \r\n\r\nOverall great product , saves space and gives me a complete leg day.

Range of motion is not there, but better than a machine

This attachment is great to have a compact system that you can just load plates onto, however, the range of motion is not there. You cannot get deep on the curls and I wish you could but some sacrifices need to be made if you want a compact system, I guess. hope IM can figure out a way to get that addressed.
