Description
Preacher Curl Pad for SB/PRO/PROV2
We're here to preach the good news, and that is you can now start pumping your arms when you use your Super Bench or Super Bench PRO V2 with the Ironmaster Preacher Curl Pad. This attachment is very effective in isolating your biceps. It is also adjustable to give you a personalized arm-blasting workout.
Assistive
Preacher curls are a great exercise for building your arm muscles and creating definition because they target and isolate your biceps so well. The Ironmaster Preacher Curl Pad has been designed to enhance your comfort while you are doing this powerful arm exercise.
- Measuring 12" high x 24" wide x 2" thick, this pad has adequate space for supporting your elbows and arms.
- Made of high-quality padding to ensure your comfort during your intense arm workouts.
- Designed to improve the isolation of your biceps to better target these specific arm muscles.
Adjustable
The Ironmaster Preacher Curl Pad is adjustable in three angles so you can modify your workout according to your desired position.
- Adjust the angle of the pad by simply inserting the selector pin in one of the three holes.
- You can also change the angle of your bench to an incline that you are most comfortable with.
Adaptable
Like our other products, the Ironmaster Preacher Curl Pad is designed to work with a variety of equipment for your convenience and bigger cost-savings.
- This versatile attachment can be used with a cable machine, barbell or dumbbells.
- It connects easily to your Super Bench/PRO. If you have the older discontinued Ironmaster machine benches, you can connect the Preacher Curl Pad to them as well. The recommended load capacity on the hooks is 120 lbs to keep your bench stable.
- It also works well with the Ironmaster Dockable Support on the Ironmaster Smith Machine or Ironmaster Cable Tower Attachment.
Compatible with all Ironmaster Super Bench models
The Preacher Curl Attachment for Super Bench/PRO is an excellent addition to your existing Ironmaster bench, whichever version it may be.
- This attachment is compatible with all Ironmaster Super Bench models, both old and new including the PRO V2.
- It can easily be attached to the spine of your Super Bench using the pull pin.
Note:
- If you load a heavy amount of weight on the bar pegs, the bench may tip forward if no one is sitting on it. We recommend putting a loaded dumbbell or large weight plate on the rear end of the Super Bench pad to prevent this from happening.
- The Ironmaster Super Bench/PRO is sold separately.

Great attachment. Good quality. It came well packed. I've used it for two workouts now, glad I made the purchase. In order for me to get the best position for my arms/ arm pits I add height to the seat by sitting on a 2" thick book. If they made it height adjustable it would be heavier and more expensive. I'm 5' 11. Mine has a little side to side wobble and I solved that with two thin plastic shims. Awesome how it isolates the biceps. I highly recommend it.

Overall very sturdy, width of the padding is very good.
The part that holds the bar needs to be thicker and wider. I would like to be able to load plates onto the EZ bar while it rests on the preacher curl attachment. The sizing and placement also makes it difficult to grab the preacher bar closer to the middle of the bar (without having to re-adjust the positioning of my hands during the first rep of the exercise).

Just what i needed. I like the wider pad for variable elbow placement to target various muscles.

Received my attachment and was eager to use it. It was very easy to assemble as well as to utilize with my bench. Sturdier than I thought. Overall experience was fantastic, quick delivery, easy install and product better than anticipated.

Great addition to the bench pro and easy way to make a complete home gym along with the other accessories. 5 stars all day

This is an excellent attachment. I hesitated a lot before buying it based on mixed reviews I had read on Internet. I'm working out with olympic barbells and EZ bars and the pins would not work safely. However, having a squat stand with spotter arms, these works perfectly to hold the bar so I can pick it up and do my sets. Otherwise, positioning and ROM feels perfect. I'm 6' and the positionning is perfect for me. One of the biggest advantages of Ironmaster products, beside high quality, is space saving. I'm working in my home gym, a small room in the basement, and there is no way I could have a dedicated preacher curl bench in there. The Ironmaster attachment is convenient, high quality and provide great variety in training. Could not be happier with this item.

Very well build, the Preacher Curl pad attaches firmly into the bench. padding is great as well.

Lots of room and padding for a great preacher curl. Easy to install and remove during workouts and adjustable to get that perfect angle. Can't go wrong with this one.

The pad is very comfortable and solid. However as mentioned below, the narrow spacing of the supports makes loading weights impossible. I also wish the supports had some kind of rubber padding so they wouldn't scratch the finish on my curl bar. Finally, not necessarily a reflection of the Preacher Curl attachment, but the Super Bench Pro itself is not heavy enough to counterbalance the weight being on one end of the bench, and tends to lift during use. I solved this by placing a 45lb plate on the other end of the bench. Still I would recommend purchasing this if your space is limited like mine is.

I love this more than I though I would. The angles works great to really hit the biceps and I like using it as a back rest to do overhead triceps extensions with a curl bar. Using the bench in an upright position doing those, the bench would get in the way and using the Preacher curl attachments helps. I also like that the preacher curl attachment fits perfectly on the accessory tree and doesn't take up a lot of space. I love mine.

Very solidly built unit. Use it with my IM2000 for cable curls and also when I do military press I use it as back support to lean my back to it.

Excellent preacher pad with plenty of adjustability. I solely use this with the cable tower with an EZ-curl/or single handle attachment, works great. I can see how it may not be the best using a free weight bar due to the close spacing of the racking system. Unit is solid and comfortable and works flawlessly with the docking curl support.

I'm interested in buying Version 2 Like reviewer Jonathan Brady mentioned, I would love to have a decent preacher curl add-on to the Super bench, but this one's supports look flimsy and unstable. The whole thing looks great except for the part that holds the bar. It needs to be thicker and wider. I would like to be able to load plates onto the EZ bar while it rests on the preacher curl attachment. Thanks for all this great equipment Ironmaster - I'm loving my new home gym!

Needs re-engineering for safe use with curl bars I've owned this attachment for a couple of years & used it with dumbbells. Yesterday I received the curl bar from IronMaster & tried to use it with this attachment. Due to the narrow spacing of the support bars it is impossible to safely load weights unless you load both sides at the same time. That's hard and you are likely to have the bar fall off the supports onto your feet. Additional support bars on the edges of the pad would be a huge improvement and technically feasible.
