The best got even better! You asked, so here it is, the improved Super Bench PRO Version 2 with customer-driven updates: Loaded with new upgrades while retaining all the great features of the Super Bench PRO and the original Super Bench. The Super Bench PRO bench has been discontinued and replaced by the V2.
Summary of Main Improvements
Below are the key modifications we made on the Super Bench PRO (SB PRO #1002) to transform it into Version 2:
- Integrated bench handle makes it easier to tilt and roll.
- Laser etched numbers on the locking ring so you will always be sure of the exact pressing angle. (Numbers on one side as shown)
- Hybrid dual width bench grip pad. Uses our NEW heavy duty grip vinyl and gives you two width zones.
- Additional higher incline seat tube insertion point for better overhead pressing position.
Fully adjustable and functional
Perform different kinds of exercises with the Super Bench PRO V2. Its 11 lock-out angles give you incline, decline, flat and upright positions for a wide range of movements.
- This bench can be angled at 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 85 degrees.
- Note: we recommend using the Crunch Situp attachment with the bench for decline angles to help hold your legs. Minimal angles are possible without the attachment.
- The included incline seat has 3 positions. The seat height in the 85 degree position can be set to either 12.5", 14.5" or 23.5" from the floor, while the top of main pad is 24.5" above the seat in the highest position. Top of main pad is 35.5" in the lowest incline seat position. 33.5" in the center position.
- Stands up vertically to save space.
- Base dimensions: narrow foot is 12.5" wide and longer foot is 21" wide. Bench length is 47" overall.
Compatible with the Ironmaster Super Bench System of Attachments
The Super Bench PRO V2 can be outfitted with most Super Bench attachments. All accessories with names that have /PRO in the are completely compatible with it. If you're unsure of the compatibility or need an adapter for some of your equipment, feel free to get in touch with us.

Comfortable workouts
From its lower height to the solid feel of its commercial quality pad, the Super Bench PRO is designed with your comfort in mind.
- Its high-density commercial grade pad is 44" x (10.25"/12.25") x 2.5" thick and makes use of durably stitched vinyl upholstery making it firm and comfortable.
- The include incline seat pad is tapered towards the front to give your legs more room to move and can be adjusted up or down for optimum comfort.
- The incline seat moves with the backrest pad at any angle so they will always be perpendicular to each other, unlike other benches where the seat can have a shallow angle causing the user to slide off. This seat can be removed, leaving a large gapless pad.
- Incline seat can be connected in seconds and doesn't require any pins or knobs to attach.
Easy to assemble
Apart from the feet, the Super Bench PRO is pre-assembled upon shipping. It only requires simple tools to set up so you can practically start working out a few minutes after taking it out of the box!

Compact, lightweight and movable
The Super Bench PRO V2 is the ultimate space saver in your gym. Compact and lightweight but still ultra strong. Wheels and a convenient handle have also been included as a standard accessory for the equipment instead of an optional add-on so you can move the bench around your gym or roll it out of the way after use with ease.
- Everything stays intact even when you lift or move the bench. Nothing unfolds or needs to be dismantled prior to moving it around.
- The bench alone weighs 65lbs without the incline seat and 69 with it. (Shipping weight 79lbs at 50" x 13" x 19".)
- Its ultra-strong platform is still light enough to lift and move even without using the wheels.
- Complete with transport wheels on the longer foot tube. (You can install the wheels on either end of the bench as desired; plus, kits for both an additional wheel kit and bench handle are available if you want to have wheels and handles on both ends!)

Like its predecessors, the Super Bench PRO V2 is manufactured from top-rated materials for superior build quality.
- Constructed from 11 & 12 gauge super strong steel frame, this bench has a 1000-lb weight load capacity in the flat position.
- It has a 600-lb weight load capacity in incline and upright positions.
- It includes a unique laser-cut ring with foot lever adjustment that can be operated from both sides of the bench (patented design US 6,994,661).
- Its high-density and thick commercial grade pad is furnished with durable vinyl upholstery.
- For extra protection against rust and wear and tear, the Super Bench PRO V2 is equipped with a textured, black powder-coated frame with chrome components.
Here is what makes this model different than the original Super Bench:
- The SB PRO V2 has a lower height of 17.2" in the flat position for increased stability and suitability for more users. This lowered height falls within the standards for competitive powerlifting.
- Wheels are included standard on one foot and a handle on the other foot. (The feet can be assembled to put the wheels on either end of the bench.)
- A wider base and larger foot tubes contribute to its improved stability.
- A separate pull pin and corner tightening knob connect bench attachments faster and more securely. This improved locking system also is simply easier to use.
- Its high-density dual width commercial pad offers a grippier vinyl pattern and contributes to the lower flat bench design.

My old bench spontaneously declined, squeaked , tipped over, and I had to weld it back together once so I have been looking to replace it for a long time.
I wanted a high quality bench that worked in my 12' X 11" space. I watched countless reviews before making my decision. I noticed that most of the well followed reviewers liked this bench. The features that I liked were the removable seat as it opens up body positions impossible on other benches, the range of available accessories and the ability to incline virtually 90 degrees from the floor. The apprehension to buy it was the single post design concerned me for stability and at this price, would it be good enough to justify the cost.
I am completely pleased with it and have absolutely no regrets! I made the right choice. Its super stable there is no movement of any kind in use. The feet grab the floor better than my old one too so once it is in place it stays there. The mechanism is smooth and works perfectly. I am still finding different things this bench can do that others cant.
I read in another review about having trouble bench pressing on this with the feet up on the bench and the good suggestion to buy the head extension. While I never recommend benching this way, due to that loss of stability, I find myself doing this now due to an injury. I did not buy the extension thinking I could get it later if I needed it. A workaround is using the seat that comes with the bench in the lowest hole but putting it parallel with the bench instead of perpendicular. That extends it enough for me to use it for a foot platform. Note that it is slightly lower than the bench but it doesn't bother me.

I purchased this bench based on the great reviews. It does not disappoint. It's so great to slide in the seat instead of fumbling with pins and angles. What a great idea. The construction is so good. This bench is extremely stable. Now it's time to buy accessories. Go for it!

This is a great bench. Assembly is easy. Very stable bench. High quality materials. Love the pad. I also like that there is a narrow part of the pad, I feel that works better for me when benching.

Because of its limitations, I decided to replace my high-quality flat bench with an incline bench. After a great deal of research of all the top-of-the-line models available, I decided to buy the Ironmaster Super Bench PRO V2 (SB for short). Why the SB? Keep reading...
I signed up to receive a notification when the bench was in stock and was able to order a couple of weeks later. The ordering process was simple, as it should be. The bench was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived when expected.
The packaging was excellent as indicated by the stress test the delivery service gorilla's obviously gave it. One end of the main box was completely blown out, but the contents were undamaged. Assembly of the bench and attachments took roughly an hour. Anyone capable of turning a wrench can do it. You do need your own wrenches or sockets, though Allen wrenches are provided with the attachments.
My "home gym" is in a 10'x12' bedroom that serves other purposes, too, so space is limited. Reviewers' comments on the compact size of the SB, the ease with which it can be moved, and the overall quality of the product did not fall on deaf eyes. I would have bought it just for those features. But, wait, there's more!
Though I tend to view "Swiss Army Knife" products with a jaundiced eye (they seldom do ANYTHING well!), the SB "system" of attachments was intriguing. I ordered it with the Crunch Situp and Bar Dip Handle attachments with low expectations. Worst case scenario, I'd have a decent bench. Right?
Man, was I pleasantly surprised! I'm 6'1" and 195 lbs. Even on carpet the bench is rock solid and stable, even when doing dips. The attachments are a breeze to install and remove. The compression knob is simply brilliant. There's no movement of attachments at all which adds greatly to the overall stability. Now that I know how stable the platform is, I'll be adding the Chin Up Bar. But first there's a pesky ceiling fan that will have to go. :-)
The bench and attachments exceeded expectations by a mile, though there are some nits to pick:
* The Incline Seat is as described by other reviewers: It is always perpendicular to the bench, even when the bench is inclined. So, not the most comfortable seat, but it is completely functional and I'm not sitting on it to relax.
* I work out in socks (no shoes) and the incline adjustment pedal could stand to have a toe pad on top. Just saying.
* It would be nice if the laser etchings were on both sides of the Locking Ring, though after a month of using the bench I rarely need to look at them anymore.
As I said, those are just nits and they do not greatly detract from what is an excellent product. I would buy the bench again without hesitation and have already recommended it to several friends. Job well done, Ironmaster!

Good quality, mostly assembled when it arrived, sturdy, easy to move, easy to adjust, and with accessories it is more than a bench. I'm glad I waited for it to become available instead buying one of the more expensive/less configurable competitive products.

This bench is incredible. I was looking for something small and light, but still sturdy and high quality. I don't have a lot of space in my home gym, so this bench is perfect. I got most of the attachments, and also the extra wheels and handle. Having no gap in the flat bench position is a game changer. I don't know how anyone could ever buy any other bench than this one. BUY IT, YOU WON"T REGRET IT!!

I bought this bench as an upgrade to my home gym setup. I was looking for a moderately priced piece of equipment that was sturdy, high quality, easy to use, and simple to assemble. I think this bench surpassed all of my expectations. It came very well packaged and I had it setup within 10 minutes. I've used it almost daily since I received it.

I purchased this bench along with the pull up bar, dip bar and preacher curl attachment. I couldn't have asked for a better product. I weigh about 220lbs so was a little concerned about how sturdy the bench would be while using the attachments and it is rock solid. Easy to assemble and to go from one exercise to the next. Perfect start to my home gym setup!

Perched my supper bench pro 2 to replace my old out of date bench best decision I’ve made love the attachments chin up bar and crunch sit-up attachment was so in pressed I ordered the preacher curl attachment which they would let you upgrade the padding at order but I’m pleased with my new bench

I'm pretty new to free weights. having used mostly weight stacks/machines, so I did a lot of research on the best bench for a reasonable price. I was initially leaning towards another brand, but what ultimately convinced me to go with Ironmaster was the extensibility feature. I only have the chin-up bar and crunch attachments so far, but they are super stable, relatively inexpensive, and offer a much smaller footprint compared to dedicated equipment. Overall, everything about the bench is very high quality and exceeds my expectations. My only feedback is for Ironmaster to include a workout guidebook so that I am able to get the most out of the bench as possible.

I couldn't be more thrilled!! I did months of research on EVERYTHING that was available by all the companies making equipment, before finally making these purchases. I've had my equipment for about a month now and buying this bench plus the attachments I listed was one of the best decisions of my life. The quality is A+, it is all very functional, easy to use and looks very sleek. My home gym is equal to a commercial gym at this point. The thing I also want to call out is:
1. The price of the equipment vs the quality and competitors like products is OUTSTANDING. I am 100% happy!!
2. The customer service is SUPERIOR, better than any other brand. You name the brand- Rep, Rogue, Bells of steel, Prime, PRX. Scott and Jacob set the bar high with responding to my email inquiries within a day AND calling me back within a day for additional questions. Most other places I couldn't even reach anyone or they didn't seem confident in their responses!

I wanted a good solid bench that could be the center of my workout, but not take up all the area in my workout room. This is a compact yet extremely solid bench that allows my workouts to expand in many directions with the numerous attachments. But alone, it is a super stand alone bench, looks great too!

I’ve had my Super Bench pro V2 for a month now and I still smile every time I use it. It is absolutely perfect. I’m 6’4” and it fits me beautifully in the upright positions, is easy to adjust, and feels super solid in all positions. This is the only one to buy. I’ll be buying a second one for my summer house. Excellent bench, love the fact there's no gap. The width on the bench lets you get deep into the press! Got to get used to bringing the dumbbells into position when in the incline position. Give it a 10!

This is what I would call my first good workout bench. I had previously owned a cheap big box store one and it was fine for a basic workout. However, the super bench pro v2 has been a massive step up, both in my confidence that the bench is not going to collapse under me and for versatility. There are a lot of really nice litte touches like having the angle of elevation on the bench, multiple seat positions, a nice comfy one piece pad, handle and wheels for storage. I have also been using the ab and dip attachments, which also help improve the versatility. They are both great, though it is a bit wobbly when doing dips. Otherwise I have fond it to be pretty much perfect in every way.

This is a great bench. Garage Gym reviews website and YouTube review sold me on this bench. I wanted a bench that I could have for years, if not until I die, so it was logical for me to go with the best per the GG review. It is very easy to set up, getting it out of the box was the hardest part. Only required adding the feet to the legs, using 2 19" inch wrenches. The ease of setup was an additional major plus because I am not handy with tools and I did not want to have to use a lot of different sized tools and to figure out where all the screws and washers belong. I have been happy to use the various angles that the bench adjusts to, which was another major plus. It is very easy to adjust to the various angles. I will never have to test the 1000 pound capacity for the bench when flat, but I wanted to be sure I had one that I knew would not fail and cause injury. I would recommend this bench to anybody looking for the Cadillac of benches!

After looking at countless adjustable weight benches, I narrowed my search down to the REP AB-4100 and Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2. The REP AB-4100 felt unstable and wobbled.
Thankfully, I got the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2 on Black Friday 2024. This is the best adjustable bench I've ever used. Solid, stable (no wobble), compact, and easy to move. Vinyl is great. You can attach the bench pad in either direction. I don't use the seat for low incline bench presses (it's not needed), so don't let that stop you from getting this great bench. I have a power rack and don't use attachments with this bench.

The Super Bench Pro V2 is the most versatile bench in the market right now. I specifically bought it because of the attachments you can add on to it. The bench is solidly built. The attachments I will use on it are the pull up bar and the dip bar which are both solid themselves. I am really glad I bought this bench.

I have a very small home gym, so when I buy equipment I want it to be versatile, multi-use, mobile, and easily storable. This bench checks all those boxes. It can do so many things that all of the other more popular adjustable benches simply can't do thanks to its attachments, and it does all of that without sacrificing its primary purpose--it's also really good at just being a bench. Sure, you can spend twice as much and get something with ultimately meaningless upgrades like thicker steel or slightly firmer padding or a slightly more comfortable seat, but none of that is worth the cost and you'll end up sacrificing that great versatility with the attachment system. For what it's worth, I also have a power rack, and most of the popular attachments you can buy for the super bench such as the leg extension, dip bar, preacher curl, etc., are cheaper than the equivalent power rack attachment, yet the quality is the same. I love the ability to adjust angles using your foot, it's much faster than all of the hand mechanisms I was used to when working out at commercial gyms. I also like that I can remove the seat to have a true zero-gap flat bench when I need it. I'm glad I bought this bench on sale for black friday, but after using it for a few weeks, I honestly would not have been upset if I had paid full price, I really believe it's worth it for the versatility alone. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a second set of wheels and a handle right away, but that's more of an extra convenience thing for an already very convenient and light-weight (relatively) bench. If you're on the fence between this and a similarly priced bench form a competitor (or even a higher priced bench), I'd absolutely recommend this one over the competition.

Love this bench , the height is great the wide pad on one end then narrow on the other with the seat adjustment makes it very versatile. I love how the bench is light enough to move around with ease yet it's built solid and have no worry of it malfunctioning while o. Incline o r decline . The dip and chin up attachments work great with it. The only 2 things I can knit pick with it is wish the degrees were etched on both sides and a protector for the end of the bench pad when you stand it up to put away. Love the product though awesome job ironmaster

I watched a ton of reviews and was convinced to get this bench due it's versatility and price. I was skeptical as all the photos make the bench seem like cheap crap, but that couldn't be more wrong. This bench is unmatched in versatility and build quality, could not recommended this bench enough.

I needed a bench for a small workout area that didnt take up a lot of space and moved easy. I also wanted a better decline sit up bench. Im absolutely blown away by how well this bench achieved my goals. The attachments so far have been amazing. The sit up for legs is so comfortable. The bench really takes the weird pains out of working out that my old bowflex bench was causing. I have very high hopes for the other attachments!

I've had this bench for almost 2 years, I started out using a budget online bench and I didn't like it. I should have bought this bench from the start. Height is lower than other benches which is perfect for me as I'm 5 6, 170lbs. In the rack, I can plant my feet to bench. Hybrid pad is great, comfortable and sturdy. After all this time it still looks new. Incline adjustment foot pedal is super easy to use and know what angle you're using. The seat slots right into the side attachments and gives a very sturdy incline bench. I put the seat at the highest height for shoulder presses, but I prefer to be lower to the ground so I bought the seated press attachment as well. One of the highest quality benches I've seen with a great price and a large selection of sturdy high quality attachments. If you're looking around for a bench for your home gym, I highly recommend skipping the budget options and go straight for this bench. Don't make the mistake I did.
