I also bought this as a lat pull down leg holder and it works well for that except for some lift-up on the whole bench itself if I'm pulling down a lot of weight. They advise adding plates to hold the bench down, but I just focus on wedging my lower leg in place help keep the bench grounded. I'm only 6-1, but my lower leg is almost too tall for the highest pad setting so if you have really long lower legs it might not be quite enough clearance if you're using this for lat pull downs. Of course it's quality built, rock-solid like my bench. The square plastic plug that covers the open cavity at the end of the vertical arm popped out immediately. I glued it back in because I like the finished look of it being in place. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I bought this attachment to use as a log holder for lat pulldowns (I don’t do Nordic curls). While it’s quality is miles better than the log holder attachment that came with my rack I find myself having to weight the bench down with a lot of weight plates to ensure that it does not move or lift during the exercise. I am around 200 lbs and have to put down 4 45 lb plates on the base of my super bench v2 to ensure it is properly anchored when pulling around 150 lbs in weight during lat pulldown.
