This heavier plate is great for faster weight increases during exercises. These heavier plates are compatible with the straight bar and dumbbell system. I like the entire ecosystem they have because these two peripherals will share the same plates. Plan your workout and you'll have a good time with the dumbbell/straight bar system! These heavy plates are a must if you're planning to go to the next level.

Bought these plates as I was running out of room on my bars. They are great, smaller than the equivalent in 5 lb. plates and easy to handle and load onto bars. Very nice addition to my Ironmaster dumbbells.
