Silicone Spray Lubricant for use on the Ironmaster Self Spotting Machines. 11OZ can silicone. Works on all models and years. The IM2000 machines come with a can of silicone spray so you will not need to order extra. One can should last 3-5 years. (Note: Use only plain silicone lubricant on the slide rails and be sure it does not have parafins, telflon or other additives that can become sticky.)
