It works great for the most part The attachment itself is a great addition to the Iron master attachment series. The item it's quite sturdy and it doesn't wobble as much I thought it would. The padding on the handles could have been a little bit more reinforced, but it's not much of a big deal. Overall, it's a great workout product to start building your upper body. Posted on Amazon.com

Fully functional There are a few things that would make this attachment better. The first thing is if the handles were just a little longer. The second thing would be the ability to change the width of the handles. But they aren't a big enough gripe to give it 4 stars - they're just ways to improve this attachment. But overall it functions for my purposes and I use it at least once week. Other reviewers complaint that they can't use a weight belt with this attachment, but I use a weight belt and a short chain to hold 25 lb plates without hitting the curved bar of the super bench and without injuring myself.. in any "other" area. There are 3 height adjustments that are basically worthless since they're only about an inch or 2 apart. But I'd recommend this to anyone who's looking for a simple, effective dip bar. Solid well built attachment I bought this attachment for my superbench and love it. This attachment easily attaches to your Ironmaster Super Bench and is very adjustable to fit your body size. This attachment like all Iron master products is solid, well built and will last forever. Posted on Amazon.com

Great dip bars, good option of Superbench I bought this dip attachment along with Superbench as a bundle on IM website. The attachment came in separate box and good condition. Assembly was simple with 4 hex screws and provided allen wrench. The handles are bit tall for me even mounted at the lowest position and my legs kept hitting the bench adjustment arc until I found that it's more comfortable if the handles installed 180 degrees on the backrest side and the seat pad can be used as step (not suggesting this method to someone with heavyweight). Agreeing with the other reviewer that its grips need more padding for wrist and palm to support the bodyweight, I added Valeo foam (cut in half) and strap. Thanks to Superbench with this option, I am loving dips I haven't done before in my 30 years of exercising. Posted on Amazon.com

great addition to a great bench The Ironmaster super bench is a great piece of hardware and the dip attachment furthers its range of exercises. The build quality of this piece is right up there with the rest of Ironmaster's set. Strong and durable with quality welds. The bench, even with it's small footprint, is very stable while doing dips. If there is a flaw with this item, it would be the lack of padding on the grips. It doesn't bother me but some folks might appreciate some padding there. Dips are a great exercise for isolating your triceps. Get this attachment, you won't be disappointed. Posted on Amazon.com
