Calf Block is 3 1/2" tall x 20" long, all welded extra heavy gage steel. Grip tape on top and bottom for super stability. Great for Ironmaster machines or can be used with dumbells or practically any weightlifting equipment.

Can also be used as a raised platform for your feet when doing flat bench presses on the Super Bench for those with shorter legs.
