While the construction of the dip belt is good, the chain is way too short. I put on a 5 lb plate (maybe 10” diameter) on and it’s almost touching me. If I put a 10 lb bumper plate to do dips or anything, it touches my private area. (I’m sorry, I wasn’t sure the most civilized way to say this). I wear a size 32 in pants, to give some sort of scaling.
Unfortunately I bought it a while back and didn’t have dips or weighted pull ups in my program until recently, so I’m out of the return period. Had I tried it right away I would have requested to return. Just have to bite the bullet and buy another extension chain or something to increase the length.
