Features:
- Heavy duty with smooth bushing action.
- Load rated to 200 lbs.
- 4" x 7" heavy duty foam roller pads come standard with vinyl covers and can be installed in two positions for longer or shorter legs.
- Includes Olympic Sleeve Adapter for 2"/50mm hole Oly plates but also works with 1" hole plates and even our dumbbell plates. Note: Most customers use larger Standard or Olympic weight plates on this attachment since you can only fit up to 100 lbs of the Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates on it.
- Super Bench PRO must be set to the 10 degree incline when this attachment is used. This angle position provides plenty of ground clearance or leg extensions. Will be a minimal decline when lying down for leg curls and works very well.
This Ironmaster Leg extension/leg curl attachment is built strong and can handle serious use. Perfect for quad and hamstring development with complete isolation movements. Easy to connect to the Super Bench PRO in just a few seconds.
Notes: Some older Quick-Lock dumbbell plates (prior to 2011) may not fit the plate holder due to the close tolerances on the center holes of the plates.
