Standard Length Locking Screw (One QLDB locking screw)
This locking screw is the same part that is included with the Quick-Lock Dumbbell sets. It will hold up to six 5's and one 2.5 on the dumbbell or kettlebell handles.

Don't let its small size fool you. This Quick-Lock Locking Screw can hold several weight plates and lock them in place for the entire duration of your workout.
- Minimal weight. This screw weighs only 2.5 lbs. Using two of these screws on your QLDB handle will add an extra 5 lbs to your workout, which can potentially help you break your plateau.
- Strong locking power. Each standard length Quick-Lock Locking Screw we make has the capacity to hold and lock up to six pieces of 5 lb weight plates and one 2.5 lb weight plate.
- Steel construction. All our locking screws are built from the same solid machined heat-treated steel that we use for our Quick-Lock adjustable dumbbell handles.

I bought the 75lb Dumbbell set and two of the 22.5lb Kettlebells expecting to pull double duty with the plates and locking screws for both.
I ended up wanting to superset a few exercises with both dumbbells and both kettlebells. It’s just better to have the two extras I bought on hand.
They’re a solid design and will likely outlive me.

I got the heavy kettlebell and added this option to do lighter without having the long screw hitting your hand. Love it!

Got this for the macebell. It’s a nice weight addition on it’s own and allows the macebell to go up to 41.5 lbs. I like it because it allows me to switch from the dumbbells to macebell without having to swap a screw. Has me considering getting the kettlebell handle. Great design.
