Description
This kit includes 2 sections of heavy-duty chain, 4 spring clips, and 2 single pulley handles.
(Chains are 17" long not including the clips.)
Connect to the Ironmaster Ultimate Row Handle (sold separately) as shown on the IM2000 machine for a fantastic chest pump. It looks basic but feels and works great. There is adjustability in the chain lengths and with the variable handle spacing you can set it up to get just the feel you want. In addition to the obvious chest fly and press, it can also be used for rows or use your imagination for other custom moves.
Connect it to the lower pulley for upward chest pulls too to get those pecs and delts lit up!
Weight capacity is limited by the cable system.
Will also work with the Ironmaster Cable Tower system (but at a recommended max capacity of 100 lbs for stability of the tower).

Used this for the first time today, and I was a little skeptical (bought it anyway because I wanted the handles) BUT this hit my chest exactly how I wanted it to, and I was pleasantly pleased. I found doing the motion from my knees was more stable with more weight, YMMV.

I was skeptical about how well it would be work before buying the flye kit, but I bought it anyway because of the excellent quality of everything else I've bought from Ironmaster during the past 12 years. And yet again, the do not disappoint. Feels just like a cable flye machine that would cost a lot more. Well done!

I bought the chain fly kit and the ultimate row handle and I'm very happy that I decided to get both. Sturdy construction for sure! They bring a lot of flexibility and versatility to an already high quality system.

Wow, someone better be getting paid the big bucks for thinking of this. Works so well, more than I thought it would, and hits my chest perfectly. If you are creative you can do way more than just flys (hint, hint). The chains are sturdy and D-Rings are what you would expect from a high-quality commercial gym. If you purchased the Ultimate Row Handle accessorie then this should be in the "cart".
