Rubber flooring mat. 4' x 6' x 1/2" thick. Super heavy duty weight lifting mat is perfect for using under your bench and dumbells to protect your floor and make your workout area look first class. This mat is made of solid rubber that is much thicker and denser than most exercise mats that will simply not hold up to dumbell or barbell use. Weighs over 70 lbs.
