Your satisfaction is our most important asset. 30% of our sales come from referrals from satisfied customers. Try our equipment in your home for up to 30 days and if you are not satisfied after trying the equipment, we will give you a full refund including all shipping charges. (out of country purchases and factory blemished clearance items excepted) If you decide to return your equipment, contact Ironmaster to ask for a return authorization. Items may not be returned after 30 days from receipt. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging (including all internal protective materials). Use care when repacking for shipment to prevent scratching and possible damage. If you are not sure how to prepare the packages, please contact us for assistance. Refurbishing or replacement charges may apply depending on the condition of the goods during inspection and will be deducted from the refund. ***Note: Orders cancelled after shipping has taken place or refused upon delivery and/or returned within 30 days, but not for legitimate product satisfaction reasons will be allowed, but will only be refunded less all shipping costs.***

We guarantee our benches, machines and attachments against structural or mechanical failure for 10 years from the date of purchase. Upholstery and cables are guaranteed for one year. Dumbells carry a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. 30 day trial period applies after receipt of goods. It is our option to replace or repair any defective part. Customer pays freight on warranty work and parts that has past the 30 day trial period. Warranty is for personal in home use. Contact Ironmaster for warranty details on commercial or institutional appliccations.

No credit card information is processed or saved directly on our web site and your account information is safe with us. Your total security is our goal.

SHIPPING

Shipping prices are valid for US orders only in the lower 48 states. To get a rate for Alaska, Hawaii or International please call for a shipping rate or check the web site shopping cart system. Most orders are shipped by UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Large orders are are shipped by truck with curbside service only. Please note that many orders are shipped in multiple boxes and they may not all arrive on the same day. It may take a few attempts to deliver all boxes. Most orders will arrive within 10 days. You must sign for the appropriate number of boxes when receiving your order. Please call Ironmaster if there is any doubt.

Older Ironmaster Inc. equipment not manufactured by the new Ironmaster LLC may not be warranted. Ironmaster LLC is a new business and not the manufacturer of the older Ironmaster self spotting weightlifting machines and accessories or Quick/Change Dumbells and therefore is not bound to honor original warranties. We will still do our best, however, to help with any warranty issues and parts. We will make every effort to provide parts and service for older obsolete Ironmaster Inc. equipment as long as possible. Please contact us for assistance.
